Tools I use almost daily to manage myself

Being the CEO of JPPL and Co-Founder at Rochet, I am responsible for a lot of things. But managing everything promptly, accurately, and simultaneously gets confusing a lot of times. Have you not ever felt the need of an extra hand at reminding your meeting dates? While I used to struggle with my deadlines and other activities earlier, life became quite sorted after the introduction of a few productive tools that I use now.
While I have come across a number of such tools according to my need, it is not possible to use all of them together. So, I have picked up many tools that are quite convenient for me in organising my day and remaining hassle-free.
Google Suite that is also known as Google Workspace has become an important tool for many working professionals today. There are so many plans offered by Google Workspace such as a custom email, drive, chat, calendar, sites, and many others. In fact, half of my work depends now on Google Workspace. If you are someone who deals in a lot of documentations, you can definitely make use of Google Workspace.
Todoist is another great tool after Google Workspace that I recommend a lot. The tool is extremely productive as it helps me in a number of ways such as keeping track of my personal as well as professional tasks, collaborating at work, making lists, and many others. When I am working with my team, Todoist is the tool that I use the most.
Fantastical is one of the best calendar applications that I have come across. One of the most important features is that the application allows me to schedule and manage things from anywhere and anytime. When I have Fantastical, I do not have to overburden my brain to remember my events and meetings anymore because the application reminds me of all these events automatically.
In order to make use of the above-mentioned applications, it is important to use a proper smartphone. I have been using iPhone for my personal as well as professional work. I enjoy the simple interface of the iPhone because it allows me to easy navigation. Also, my device allows me to reach up to the applications in a much simpler way with just a few simple clicks. Of course, I get a faster browsing experience and a number of additional facilities such as email, calendar, and call management. Oh! did I not mention the security here?
Who is not aware of the application WhatsApp today? In fact, today I cannot think of my everyday life without this particular application. It is not just an application for chats but has been offering me a number of other features too such as audio calling and video calling. Also, I enjoy the feature of sending and receiving documents and other important files on WhatsApp. Recently, the new feature of WhatsApp payment has also made life much more convenient as I am able to send and receive payments in just a few simple clicks.
There are so many amazing tools that I have been using throughout my day to make my work life and also personal life much more comfortable. But the above-mentioned few tools are such that I cannot go without them. I rely upon them extremely as it has helped in smoothening my hectic life and organising my day in the most efficient way.
